Our Process

Receive Order
Your provider will send us the prescription for a brace or mobility device, along with relevant medical records supporting the diagnosis.
2
Verify Coverage
Our team verifies insurance coverage and benefits, then if applicable, estimates the co-pay cost. Secondary and tertiary insurances may be requested if none are on file.

Complete Paperwork
We collaborate with your provider(s) to gather all necessary paperwork, including mobility evaluations conducted by our Assistive Technology Professional (ATP).

Authorization
If required by insurance, your durable medical equipment may require insurance approval prior to delivery. On average, obtaining approval takes 10 business days.

Deliver
The sales representative working with your provider will reach out to you to schedule your equipment delivery. All of our representatives are trained on how to ensure proper fit, use, and care for each product.
